Discover Flaherty Salmin

Our commitment to making this a great place to work shows in our low staff turnover. In the past three years, we have retained approximately 90% of our original staff while adding several professionals to account for firm growth. We believe this is a result of providing our staff with challenging and rewarding work while also advocating for an appropriate work/life balance.

Come take a look and see for yourself what makes Flaherty Salmin different.

Mentorship Program

At Flaherty Salmin, our people are our most important asset. To facilitate professional skill development and to provide encouragement to reach career objectives, we have established a Mentoring Program. All employees can participate in the program whether as a mentor, mentee or both. Mentors and mentees meet periodically throughout the year, generally in an informal setting, to discuss goals, obstacles, firm operations, and other topics of interest. Larger group activities for all the Mentor Program participants are planned periodically.

This year several Mentor participants volunteered at Foodlink together. We had a great time giving back to our community.
